Here’s How to Start Your Newsletter This Week

One of the biggest traps new publishers fall into is waiting.

Waiting until it’s “perfect.”
Waiting until they “feel ready.”
Waiting until they “have time.”

But newsletters are built the same way anything real is built — one step at a time.

If you haven’t sent your first issue yet (or you’re still setting things up), that’s okay.

Here’s what I recommend you focus on this week:

1️⃣ Draft your first issue (even if it’s short).

• A simple welcome note + 1 valuable tip is enough.

2️⃣ Set your send date now.

• Don’t wait for “perfect.” Hit publish, then improve over time.
