You don’t need to “create” new content—you just need to package what you already know:
Sent a smart email to a client this week? Turn it into a newsletter.
Shared a story on IG? Screenshot it and expand in your newsletter.
Read a great article? Share your POV and link it.

Step 5: Add Monetization Early (Yes, Even Small Lists)
